Rose Knopper is a Director of Photography and animator based in NYC. With a background in painting, she brings her visual sensibilities to narrative and commercial film work. She holds a BFA in Film and Television from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts.

Her work has been featured at the Beverly Hills Film Festival (The Blue Inside), the Director’s Guild of America (Rope), and the New York Indie Shorts Awards (Fireflies), among others. She is a 2025 recipient of the Russell Carmine Award for Cinematography and a co-founder of production company Junk Flower Films with her creative partner Keya Saxena.
